Chris Difford's Songwriting Retreats

SEARCHING THE IMAGINATION, LOOKING FOR INTERNAL INSPIRATION, LEARNING TO WRITE FROM THE HEART

We’re pleased to announce the return to in-person songwriting workshops at Pennard House in Somerset. During these four day workshops led by Chris you will work with like minded creatives, co-writing, with performances at the end of each day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all provided at this beautiful country house. All you need is a pencil, a guitar or keyboard and boots for walking.

In 2023 Chris hosted three amazing weeks, one for the charity Help Musicians and the second for The Buddy Holly Foundation in partnership with The Cutting Edge group. Most recently he finished up the year with a stand-alone workshop that was much fun.

Chris’ residential retreats are well known within the industry as one of the most inspirational and creative retreats around. They have been attended by a multitude of successful songwriters from the legendary Beth Nielson Chapman, Graham Gouldman, Amy Wadge, Mark Nevin, and Kimmie Rhodes to more emerging artists such as Yungblud and Josh McClorey.

The 2023 retreat has now completed, details and registration for 2024 will be provided soon. They will be in February/March and June 2024.
