Wow and double that, the band were so explosive on the tele tonight, playing live and out of their skins for the watching million. Jools and the BBC players all looked after the band with love, it was a treat. Mark Cooper had his work cut out as the studio kept teething, the sound caused problems for Suede. I loved the way the band were so professional and took each moment as it came. One song went wrong so they changed keys as they had run out of harmonica’s without flinching. A brave job. Our record company also took good care of the band, its amazing. 3k i tunes sales after the show, and that in Japan alone. Its a great journey. Louise came to sit with me side of stage, in four days the wedding, yikes, more table plans and so much to organise, something else in my life so exciting. On my lip a massive blister. A long drive home in the rain. Where is spring. Spring it on me please. I love working for the band, they are so kind and full of love, we have a great team. Working at Rocket, who manage the band, is great too. Julian is such a great person and the love trickles down from the top and Elton himself. But that wont stop the rain.
